Valencia is the third Capital in Spain having excelent tourist and sport resources.  On the city water front we find famous beaches like The Arenas and the Malvarrosa (Beaches) which are 5 - 10 min walking distance from our apartments.    The apartments are located in an excellent surrounding, the fishermans quarter of the city EL CABAÑAL and the importante beach of the Malvarrosa both area totally kept and maintain  under excellent conditions specially now that Valencia is Home of the America's Cup.  This area  is a beautiful place to live the Spanish traditions and flavour.

COMMUNICATION: Both apartments are 2 minutes from the bus stop, 5 minutes from the Tramway,  in the immediate surrounding we have all kind of services like supermarket, shopping area, pharmacy, sports club, flea market, and bike trails.

The Maritime Promenade stretches out next to the main beaches of Malvarrosa and the Arenas, which are full of restaurant in old traditional fisherman’s houses, live music, discos, pub, area for skating, jogging,  simply a must place to enjoy the Mediterranean breeze and sun during the day and the beautiful Valencia nights.  2 minute walk from our place where in the evening we can enjoy a craft market. All our beaches have escellent installations of showers, shade area and on the beach restaurantes.
